इज़राइल में आम चुनाव के बाद मतों की गिनती जारी है। 85 फीसदी वोटों की गिनती हो चुकी है। शुरुआती रुझानों के मुताबिक पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू की लिकुड पार्टी जीत दर्ज कर सकती है. लिकुड पार्टी को 31 सीटें मिल सकती थीं, कट्टरपंथी दक्षिणपंथी और अति-रूढ़िवादी यहूदी पार्टियों के साथ, वे बहुमत हासिल करने का प्रबंधन कर सकते थे।

Counting of votes continues in Israel after the general election. 85 percent of the votes have been counted. According to early trends, former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party may register a victory. If the Likud party could have got 31 seats, along with the radical right-wing and ultra-Orthodox Jewish parties, they could manage to win a majority.

There are 40 parties which are not getting even 3.25% vote turnover, so they will not be able to reach the Knesset (Parliament). Experts believe that if Netanyahu wins, then the work on the wall built to stop the Palestinians can go ahead. There are only 8 women in the Netanyahu block, as ultra-conservative parties do not give tickets to women. While there are 30 women in the current government. This would be the first Knesset in 30 years to have a Druze minority, no minority representative.

धार्मिक ज़ियोनिज़्म पार्टी के नेता और नेतन्याहू के गठबंधन सहयोगी बेन ग्वायर ने मांग की है कि उन्हें नई सरकार में आंतरिक सुरक्षा मंत्री बनाया जाए, जो पुलिस विभाग को उनके अधीन रखेगी। बेन को 2007 में नस्लवाद भड़काने का दोषी ठहराया गया था। वह प्रतिबंधित कच्छ आतंकवादी समूह का समर्थक भी रहा है।

Ben was convicted of inciting racism in 2007. He has also been a supporter of the banned Kutch terrorist group.

भारत के साथ फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट होने के आसार ( Free trade agreement with India )

नेतन्याहू के प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में, भारत और इज़राइल आतंकवाद, प्रौद्योगिकी और द्विपक्षीय व्यापार पर एक साथ काम कर सकते हैं। दोनों देशों के बीच मुक्त व्यापार समझौता भी हो सकता है। नेतन्याहू और प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के बीच अच्छे संबंध रहे हैं। मोदी भारत के पहले पीएम हैं जो इजरायल गए। नेतन्याहू 5 साल पहले प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में भारत आए थे। तब पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रोटोकॉल तोड़ा और एयरपोर्ट पर उनका स्वागत किया।

With Netanyahu as prime minister, India and Israel can work together on counter-terrorism, technology and bilateral trade. There can also be a free trade agreement between the two countries. Netanyahu and Prime Minister Modi have had good relations. Modi is the first PM of India who went to Israel. Netanyahu came to India as Prime Minister 5 years ago. Then PM Narendra Modi broke the protocol and welcomed him at the airport.
