तालिबान के डर में महिला ने की खौफनाक हरकत !!!

अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के शासन में महिलाओं पर अत्याचार जारी है। ताजा मामला घोर प्रांत से सामने आया है। यहां एक महिला शादीशुदा पुरुष के साथ भाग गई थी। तालिबान लड़ाकों ने उन्हें पथराव की सजा सुनाई। जनता के सामने महिला को किया गया अपमानित, किया गया हमला… इससे पहले उसने खुदकुशी कर ली थी.

Atrocities on women continue in Afghanistan under Taliban rule. The latest case has come to light from Ghor province. Here a woman had eloped with a married man. Taliban fighters sentenced him to stone pelting. The woman was humiliated, attacked in front of the public… She had committed suicide earlier.

तालिबान के प्रांतीय पुलिस प्रमुख के कार्यवाहक प्रवक्ता अब्दुल रहमान ने कहा कि दोषी महिला को सार्वजनिक रूप से पत्थर मारने की सजा दी गई क्योंकि स्थानीय स्तर पर महिला जेल नहीं थी। इस सजा से पहले ही उसने दुपट्टे से खुद का गला घोंट दिया था। उसका शव उसके घर पर मिला था।

Abdul Rahman, the acting spokesman for the Taliban’s provincial police chief, said the convicted woman was publicly stoned because there was no women’s prison at the local level. Even before this punishment, he had strangled himself with a dupatta. His body was found at his house.

पत्थर मारने या फिर कोड़े मारने की सजा ( Punishment for stoning or whipping )

हाल के दिनों में अफगानिस्तान में महिलाओं के अपने घरों से भाग जाने की कई घटनाएं हुई हैं। तालिबान अधिकारियों ने इन लोगों को पत्थर मारकर या सार्वजनिक रूप से कोड़े मारकर मौत की सजा सुनाई है। ये मामले ऐसे समय में सामने आ रहे हैं जब देश में महिलाओं के खिलाफ सख्त पाबंदियां लगाई गई हैं। कई क्षेत्रों में उन्हें शिक्षा प्राप्त करने से भी रोक दिया जाता है।

There have been several incidents of women fleeing their homes in Afghanistan in recent times. Taliban officials have sentenced these people to death by stoning or publicly lashing them. These cases are coming to the fore at a time when strict restrictions have been imposed against women in the country. In many areas they are also barred from receiving education.

तालिबान शासन, जिसने पिछले साल अगस्त में काबुल पर अधिकार कर लिया था, ने महिलाओं के अधिकारों और स्वतंत्रता को कम कर दिया है। महिलाओं को बड़े पैमाने पर काम से बाहर रखा गया है। इससे अफगानिस्तान में महिलाओं और लड़कियों को मानवाधिकार संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अफगान महिलाओं को शिक्षा, काम, सार्वजनिक भागीदारी और स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित मौलिक अधिकारों से वंचित किया गया है।

The Taliban regime, which took control of Kabul in August last year, has curtailed women’s rights and freedoms. Women are largely excluded from work. Due to this women and girls in Afghanistan are facing human rights crisis. Afghan women have been denied fundamental rights related to education, work, public participation and health.
