छठ महापर्व शुरू:नहाय खाय आज, खरना कल; रविवार को अस्ताचलगामी और सोमवार को उगते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देने के साथ खत्म होगा पर्व

Chhat puja 2022 : लोक आस्था और सूर्य उपासना का महापर्व छठ शुक्रवार को स्नान के साथ शुरू होगा। जो लोग शनिवार को खरना, रविवार को संध्या अर्घ्य और सोमवार को उगते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देकर उपवास करते हैं, वे पारण करेंगे।
Chhat puja 2022 : Chhath, the great festival of folk faith and sun worship, will begin with a bath on Friday. Those who observe fast by offering Kharna on Saturday, Sandhya Arghya on Sunday and Arghya to the rising sun on Monday, they will do Parana.
कल से 36 घंटे का निर्जला उपवास ( 36 hours fasting from tomorrow )
नहाय-खाय के दिन व्रत रखने वाले लोग स्नान व ध्यान करने के बाद अरवा चावल चावल, कद्दू की सब्जी, चने की दाल और आंवले की चटनी जैसी चीजें खाकर पवित्रता के साथ इस व्रत की शुरुआत करेंगे. सोमवार को व्रत रखने वालों के घर नहाय-खाय का प्रसाद ग्रहण करने के लिए आम श्रद्धालु भी पहुंचेंगे। इसके बाद शनिवार को अरवा चावल, गुड़ और दूध से बनी खीर से व्रत किया जाएगा और इसके बाद 36 घंटे का व्रत शुरू होगा.
People observing fast on the day of Nahay-Khay, after bathing and meditating, will start this fast with purity by eating things like Arva rice, pumpkin curry, gram dal and gooseberry chutney. On Monday, common devotees will also reach the house of those who keep fast to receive the offerings of bath and food. After this, fasting will be done on Saturday with kheer made of Arva rice, jaggery and milk and after this the fast of 36 hours will start.
भगवान सूर्य की होती है पूजा ( Lord Surya is worshiped )
छठ प्रकृति की पूजा है। इस अवसर पर सूर्य देव की भी पूजा की जाती है, जो एक मात्र ऐसे देवता माने जाते हैं जो दिखाई देते हैं। अस्तचल गामी भगवान सूर्य की पूजा इस अर्थ में की जाती है कि दिन भर हमारे जीवन को प्रकाशित करने वाले सूर्य के क्षीण होने पर भी हम उन्हें नमन करते हैं।
Chhath is the worship of nature. The sun god is also worshiped on this occasion, who is considered to be the only deity who is visible. The Astachal Gami Lord Surya is worshiped in the sense that even when the Sun, who illuminates our lives throughout the day, is weak, we bow to him.
छठ पूजा के अवसर पर नदियों, तालाबों, जलाशयों के किनारे पूजा की जाती है जिससे स्वच्छता की प्रेरणा मिलती है। यह पर्व नदियों को प्रदूषण मुक्त बनाने की प्रेरणा देता है। इस पर्व में केला, सेब, गन्ना समेत कई फलों को प्रसाद के रूप में पूजा जाता है, जो वनस्पति के महत्व को रेखांकित करता है।

In this festival, many fruits including banana, apple, sugarcane are worshiped as prasad, which underlines the importance of vegetation.
भगवान सूर्य की बहन हैं छठ देवी ( Chhath Devi is the sister of Lord Surya )
सूर्य उपासना का यह पर्व सूर्य षष्ठी को मनाया जाता है, इसलिए इसे छठ कहा जाता है। यह पर्व परिवार में सुख, समृद्धि और मनोवांछित फल लाने वाला माना जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि छठ देवी भगवान सूर्य की बहन हैं, इसलिए लोग छठ मैया को प्रसन्न करने के लिए सूर्य को अर्घ्य देते हैं और सूर्य की पूजा करते हैं।
This festival of sun worship is celebrated on Surya Shashti, hence it is called Chhath. This festival is considered to bring happiness, prosperity and desired results in the family. It is believed that Chhath Devi is the sister of Lord Surya, so people offer Arghya to Surya and worship Surya to please Chhath Maiya.
