छत्तीसगढ़ : बिलासपुर की जीवन दायिनी नदी अरपा और पुरे तीन विधानसभा क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए वरदान साबित होने वाली यह नदी अरपा भैसाझार परियोजना के मुख्य नहर से निकलने वाली सब नहर( लगभग छोटी-छोटी नहर) लगभग 3 दर्जन के आसपास छोटी नहर जिनका काम आज तक शुरू ही नहीं हुआ और उनके पैसे भी अरपा भैंसाझार के भस्मासुर रूपी ठेकेदार के द्वारा मुख्य अभियंता और कार्यपालन अभियंता की मिलीभगत से निकाल कर भस्म कर दिया गया है।
