ट्विटर में बड़े बदलाव करेंगे नए चीफ मस्क:CEO को हटाया, कहा- चाहता हूं ट्विटर पर लोग फिल्में देखें, वीडियो गेम खेलें

ट्विटर अब एलोन मस्क का है। विवादों के बीच 7 महीने से चल रही यह डील आखिरकार गुरुवार को पूरी हो गई। ट्विटर के प्रमुख बनते ही उन्होंने सबसे पहले सीईओ पराग अग्रवाल को हटाया। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने दो और अधिकारियों- मुख्य वित्तीय अधिकारी (सीएफओ) नेड सहगल और कानूनी मामलों और नीति प्रमुख विजया गड्डे को भी बर्खास्त कर दिया।
Twitter now belongs to Elon Musk. This deal, which was going on for 7 months amid controversies, was finally completed on Thursday. As soon as he became the head of Twitter, he first removed CEO Parag Agarwal. Along with this, he also sacked two more officers – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ned Sehgal and Head of Legal Affairs and Policy Vijaya Gadde.

Musk, the world’s richest man and owner of Tesla Company, tweeted as soon as the deal was done – the bird was free. Earlier he said, ‘I want people to watch movies and play video games on Twitter.’

द वाशिंगटन पोस्ट की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मस्क कंपनी के 7,500 कर्मचारियों में से 75% या लगभग 5,600 कर्मचारियों की छंटनी कर सकता है। यह बात उन्होंने संभावित निवेशकों से ट्विटर डील के दौरान कही थी। हालांकि, इस रिपोर्ट के आने के बाद ट्विटर के जनरल काउंसल सीन एडगेट ने इससे इनकार किया। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों को ईमेल भेजकर कहा कि कंपनी छंटनी की कोई योजना नहीं बना रही है।
According to a report in The Washington Post, Musk may lay off 75% of the company’s 7,500 employees, or about 5,600 employees. He had said this to potential investors during the Twitter deal. However, after this report came out, Twitter’s General Counsel Sean Edget denied it. He sent an email to employees saying that the company was not planning any layoffs.

1. डील कब फाइलन हुई ( When was the deal filed )
एलन मस्क ने गुरुवार (27 अक्टूबर) को इस डील पर मुहर लगाई। Elon Musk signed the deal on Thursday (October 27).
2. CEO पराग अग्रवाल को क्यों हटाया ( Why CEO Parag Agarwal was removed )
मस्क ने पराग और दो ऑफिसर्स पर सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर फर्जी अकाउंट्स की संख्या को लेकर उन्हें और ट्विटर इन्वेस्टर्स को गुमराह करने का आरोप लगाया है।
Musk has accused Parag and two officials of misleading him and Twitter investors about the number of fake accounts on the social media platform.
3. डील की क्या वजहें बताईं ( What were the reasons for the deal? )
पहली : मस्क ने संकेत दिया कि भविष्य में ट्विटर की विज्ञापन नीति में भी बदलाव किया जाएगा। मस्क ने कहा, “मैं चाहता हूं कि ट्विटर सबसे अच्छा विज्ञापन मंच हो जहां सभी उम्र के उपयोगकर्ता फिल्में देख सकें या वीडियो गेम खेल सकें।”
First : Musk indicated that Twitter’s advertising policy would also be changed in the future. “I want Twitter to be the best advertising platform where users of all ages can watch movies or play video games,” Musk said.
दूसरी : मस्क का कहना है कि उन्होंने ट्विटर से ज्यादा पैसा कमाने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि मानवता की मदद के लिए डील की है। कोर्ट ने मस्क को 28 अक्टूबर तक मौजूदा शर्तों पर ट्विटर डील को अंतिम रूप देने को कहा था।
Second: Musk says he did the deal with Twitter not to make more money, but to help humanity. The court had asked Musk to finalize the Twitter deal on the existing terms by October 28.
4. ट्विटर ऑफिस पहुंचे, कर्मचारियों से बात की ( Arrived at Twitter office, spoke to employees )
इससे पहले 27 अक्टूबर को एलोन मस्क ने अपने ट्विटर हैंडल का बायो भी बदला था। उन्होंने बायो में ‘चीफ ट्विट’ लिखा। इसके बाद ट्विटर मुख्यालय सिंक लेकर पहुंचे। उन्होंने वीडियो शेयर करते हुए लिखा कि. ‘ट्विटर मुख्यालय में प्रवेश करना – उसे डूबने दो! साथ ही कर्मचारियों से बात की। इसकी कुछ तस्वीरें ट्विटर पर शेयर की गईं।
Earlier on October 27, Elon Musk also changed the bio of his Twitter handle. He wrote ‘Chief Tweet’ in the bio. After this the Twitter headquarters arrived with the sink. While sharing the video, he wrote that. ‘Entering Twitter HQ – let it sink in! Also talked to the employees. Some pictures of it were shared on Twitter.
